Vinicius Orion Rankin (any/all pronouns) is a neuroqueer, first generation , self taught multi-disciplinary artist currently living on Squi-Aitl land. She loves to work with trash and explore art through play, with a central goal of uplifting and connecting with their community. Focusing on sustainability, he enjoys the challenge of working within the limitations of what can be thrifted, salvaged, or found to create weird and beautiful things that give new life to old materials. Their art currently focuses on making one of a kind jewelry and accessories, bookmaking, block printing, sewing and mending, and all kinds of upcycling. They also love to explore creativity through body movement, performance art, and collaborative experiences with others, as well as teaching and skill sharing to increase accessibility to the arts.
